At NasaiHealth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (opened)
  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at nasaihealth.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at nasaihealth.com@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
